How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular wedding dates (typically 6-12 months in advance). However, we understand that life happens, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows. Contact us as soon as you have your date and venue secured.

Do you provide setup and teardown?

Yes! All our packages include professional setup and teardown. Our team arrives early to ensure everything is perfect before your event begins, and we handle complete breakdown after your event concludes. You don't need to worry about a thing.

Can you work with my venue's restrictions?

Absolutely. We're experienced in working with a wide variety of venues and their specific requirements. During our consultation, we'll review any venue restrictions (such as no open flames, weight limits, or specific attachment rules) and design solutions that comply while still achieving your vision.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in detail in our service agreement. Generally, cancellations made well in advance of your event date receive full or partial refunds of deposits. We understand that circumstances change, and we work with each client individually to find fair solutions. Please review our Terms of Service for complete details.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, we offer customized packages that combine multiple services at a better value than booking services individually. During your consultation, we'll discuss your needs and create a package that fits your vision and budget. Popular combinations include draping with uplighting, or full decor packages for weddings.

How do you handle last-minute changes?

We understand that event planning can be dynamic. We're flexible and do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, especially those made well before the event date. For changes requested very close to the event, we'll work with you to find solutions, though additional fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.

Do you travel outside the Tampa Bay area?

While our primary service area is the Tampa Bay region (including New Port Richey, Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and surrounding cities), we do travel for special events. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

Can I see samples of fabrics and lighting before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage all clients to schedule an in-person consultation where you can see and touch fabric samples, view lighting options, and discuss your vision in detail. This ensures you're completely confident in your selections before moving forward.
